Get Crafty: Shadow Box Collage Workshop,
Wednesday, March 11, 1:30 - 4:30 pm

Create a collaged shadow box in this hands-on workshop!

Library Director Diane Kresh will lead this workshop, sharing her personal experience with three dimensional collages and tips to guide each participant to make a shadow box of their own.

  • Cigar boxes, glue, ephemera, and other basic supplies will be provided.
  • Bring any photos, artifacts, or objects that you want to incorporate in your shadow box.
  • Enjoy coffee, tea, and water while you craft.
Registration is required as space is limited.

Ages 18+.

Cherrydale Garden Club

Do you like to garden, grow your own food, or provide habitat for wildlife?

Would you like to share your gardening knowledge and learn from your neighbors? Join Master Gardener Joan McIntyre and the Cherrydale Gardening Club to share interests, successes, and failures, and to learn from each other. All skill levels welcome!

Having difficulty with a computer program or just need some help figuring out how to do something on your computer? Sign up for a 30-minute one-on-one staff tutoring session.


Available on:

  • Tuesday, 1:30-3:00 pm, March 17, 24, and 31.
  • Thursday, 6:00-7:30 pm, March 5, 19, and 26.
Free but registration is required.

Monthly Tabletop Gaming Night

For Ages 18+

On the Cherrydale Library Balcony.

Monday, March 23, 7:00 - 9:00 pm

Learn new games; make new friends!

Play modern tabletop games that are simple to learn and take less than an hour to complete.

Don't know how to play? Come anyway! Somebody will teach you.

Games and instruction provided by the NOVA Board Game Group.

No registration required.



Yarn

Knitting Club: All Levels Welcome!

Every Wednesday (7:30-8:30 pm).

Bring your own supplies, but a few needles and some yarn will be available.

Adults, Teens, & Older Kids with a Parent.

No Registration Required.
